Landlords will find our ‘’Letter of Appointment’’ (our terms of business) with all the information regarding rental of your property. Should Let Easy London be instructed to market and rent your property, we will need this document signed prior to advertisement of your property on the property search engines. You will also find sample tenancy agreements for both, Company Tenancy as well as Residential Tenancies.

If you are looking to rent a property that you have seen with us, you will need to download our ‘’Application to rent’’ form, fill in and forward back to us. This document is essential for us to be able to start referencing process on you as a prospective tenant. This application will also give us permission to run credit checks on you prior to your move in. Available for tenants to download are also ‘’How to Rent in England & Wales’’ document as well as ‘’Tenancy deposit protection scheme’’ leaflet with very important information about your deposit.
